Domain name is a unique name you can get for your free website. For example if your free website is yourwebsite.uiwap.com, you can change it to yourwebsite.com by just getting a domain name and link it to your free website.
.com, .org .net .co and many others are paid but still there are free ones like .cf .ga .tk and many others. To get one, follow the instructions below:
TYPES OF DOMAIN NAME LINKING
There are only 2 types of domain name linking to your website.
1. URL FORWARDING: in this case you get a domain name from free domain name providers like freenom.com then forward the URL to the website you want to link it to in the domain name management tool option. From then, when a user type in the domain name you get maybe(yourdomain.cf) then it will take him to that your website(yourwebsite.uiwap.com or your website.other.com)
2. Domain Parking: in this case,
A. you create the domain name while you already have your working free website(yourwebsite.server.com).
B. Go to your website's options and get their DNS addresses( like for xtgem is ns1.xtgem.com and ns2.xtgem.com) then
C. Go to your newly created domain name, goto management tools, go to DNS , then put the (ns1.xtgem.com and ns2.xtgem.com or for others ns1.your server.com and ns2.yourserver.com)
D. Now get back to your old website and goto domain parking, then put the URL of your new domain(yournew.com or yournew.tk)
E. Wait a little and you are done.
